Introduction

Brake needed a complete product experience for a B2B wellness platform that helps corporate teams reduce employee burnout and increase engagement through organized activities and expert consultations. The challenge was to design an intuitive system combining event planning, team engagement, and wellness support — while handling complex user roles, AI-powered content, smart scheduling, and integrations with existing corporate tools.

Outcomes

We led the product design of the full platform, establishing a cohesive design system and designing both the web application and marketing website. The result is a clear, scalable experience that gives HR teams, managers, and employees the tools to organize activities, access expert guidance, and build stronger workplace engagement.
