Introduction

MissionAI needed a mission control platform to orchestrate autonomous AI agents running complex data engineering operations — ETL pipelines, field mapping, data migration, and quality audits. The challenge was to turn concurrent, long-running, and often opaque processes into something operators could clearly see, understand, and control.

Outcomes

We led the end-to-end product design, defining a core “Mission” model with a nine-state lifecycle tightly mapped to real agent behavior. The result is a coherent control experience with list and tile dashboards, advanced filtering and sorting, structured creation flows, detailed mission views, and a foundational design system — built to scale with the platform and give operators confidence in complex AI-driven workflows.
